This engineered floor is strong enough to be installed as a load bearing floor, but can be floated over dry concrete sub-floors or warm water underfloor heating in certain circumstances.

With a 6mm solid wood wear layer you can re-sand and re-finish a legacy floor several times, guaranteeing you years of added value.
